We were already impressed by their insistence on positive reinforcement on our first visit - our fur baby was always nervous at vet visits and we had given the go ahead for if he needed to be muzzled for shots, but the team here used treats to calm him down and Dr. Quammen was able to do the exam and give necessary shots with no problem at all. Our dog went from being a"big baby"and"drama king"at our previous vet to"such a sweet boy"here under their care. He just had a dental procedure done and we received updates from Dr. Quammen throughout the day, and a check in even after we were home.
